Contracting Management Inc. was founded and incorporated January 22, 1998 with a first contract award of $3,000 for a local grocery retailer. In just 10 short years, Contracting Management Inc. has grown to be a full service General Contractor/Construction manager with current contracts in the Northeastern United States...

Our mission is to provide the private sector the highest quality building product at a fair and marketable price. Also, to make a difference in our community, nation, and other nations around the world. Through our profits, this world will be a better place.

Our projects have included new construction of retail facilities with our leading client being Aldi Inc. Our experience also leads into the restaurant sector, several Dunkin Donuts, Friendly's Restaurant and Subway. In the public sector, we have completed dining halls, student convenience store and a theater renovation for SUNY Oneonta. Brookfield schools was home to another major renovation and addition.

As we enter our 11th year in business, Contracting Management Inc.'s goals include targeted growth for the Northeastern United States ...and continued steady penetration into the private retail martketplace.
