What do I have to do to have CMI build my next project?
Provide us with a set of blueprints and we will provide you with a turn-key operation. Should you need help with a design-build, we can help with that too.

What ensures me a quality project?
Contracting Management, Inc. takes full responsibility for every facet of the project. Every sub-contractor is required to be fully insured and must meet each local licensing requirements. With over ten years of experience working throughout the Northeastern United States, we have teams of sub-contractors willing to travel to provide you a quality project.

Is "low-bid" the best way to go?
Low-bid is not always the best situation. CMI recommends negotiating contracts with proven sub-contractors and allowing us to manage the project for you.

Does CMI go "green"?
Yes, as a matter of fact, we just completed a new Aldi, prototype which is all "Green". Please see the attached newspaper article on the website.
